Setting Up Free 5000+ Live TV Channels Step by Step:
Okay enough intro lets get started.
The First we need to download a couple of this on our Desktop to get started, they are:
— 7Zip
— VLC Media Player
— POT Player
— Kodi
Why is 7Zip Required?
We are going to download some zip files from Github. These files come in a zip format or are compressed with zip archive. We need to extract them. The best way to do it is with 7Zip. You can also try with WinRAR or any decompression or compression application.
Why VLC Player is Required?
As a normal user we have always underestimated VLC player. Basically to be frank we never knew the power of VLC. Until we learned what it can do. We can Play a Local video file. Stream online TV channels or even record Online TV shows. I guess now you know why we use VLC player.
Why POT Player is Required?
I wouldn’t say pot player is required. It’s fairly optional if you ask me. The reason am using pot player is because i did see some channels that did not work in Kodi and VLC, but worked awesome in Pot Player. So here Pot Player is more like an alternative to VLC media player.
Why Kodi is Required?
Working with VLC and Pot Player is awesome when you are on a PC. But if you are using a Mobile Phone, like Android and Smart TV with Android OS, it becomes really hard to setup live TV. This is where Kodi plays a vital role. Kodi is available for both Smart Phone and Android TV. Which makes it easier to configure.
So lets get started with watching Live TV Channels Completely FREE
First things first. We need the source for our live TV, and source is usually in m3u or m3u8 format. So how do we find it?. Well we need to go to GitHub. The once place where you can find almost anything.
So lets go to GitHub and look for Live Tv, You don’t have to do that, because i already did it and all you have to do is Download the GitHub repository.
Go to this link https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv and download the zip file.
You can click on the green code button that will show a drop-down to download.
Once you Download it, now you can extract the files with 7Zip and store in a place. In my case i have saved it in Desktop. Once you have extracted the files, you will see the following files inside it.
Okay great, we got what we needed. Now to the next step.
